Our advantages

Why RoboCrisp?

Real-Time Menu Customization and Global Support

Our service not only includes a diverse array of food options like chicken, French fries, pork cutlets, donuts, and hot dogs, but also supports the customization of unique restaurant menus through software remote support. The software is upgraded in real time across the globe. Additionally, if needed, our US franchise team can visit your restaurant in person to assist with menu configuration.

Plug-and-Play Robotic Systems for Global Franchises

Our robotic systems are standalone units, unlike other machines that require ceiling installation. This design means there's no need for additional construction—simply integrate our robots with your existing fryer setup. We prioritize the integrity of your kitchen space. Consequently, global franchises with frying menus, like McDonald's, KFC, and Burger King, are beginning to see the potential in our technology.

Speed, Quality and Efficiency

Our robotic systems efficiently handle about 50 baskets (951 to 1,050 grams of chicken) per hour. With smaller items like nuggets, wings, and chopped chicken, the output significantly increases. Expecting an employee to match this productivity could lead to quick burnout. Store owners who have implemented our technology report that one robot can achieve the work of one worker, and in busy settings, up to 1.5 workers. Unlike ongoing labor costs, our machine is a one-time investment. Given the rising minimum wages, most businesses reach their break-even point within a year. Moreover, while humans may struggle with consistency, our robots consistently deliver the same high-quality taste around the clock.

Space-Efficient Design (17.79 sq ft)

Our innovative system features a streamlined, compact design that occupies just 17.79 sq ft, making it an ideal solution for various settings—from single-operator smart stores and mobile 1-ton trucks to large-scale restaurants. Its space efficiency is particularly advantageous for small, To-Go concept eateries, where it has been met with enthusiastic reception.

Nationwide After-Sales Service

Our dedicated After-Sales (A/S) team is strategically positioned across the United States, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support. Over the past five years, data shows that 90% of issues are swiftly resolved through remote assistance. For the other 10%, our U.S.-based maintenance team provides immediate, round-the-clock response. Our effective service model is supported by real-time monitoring of system logs at our headquarters in Korea, enabling prompt and efficient issue resolution.

NSF Certification for Complete System

RoboCrisp stands among only two companies globally to have received NSF (National Sanitation Foundation, USA) certification for an entire system, marking a first for a Korean company as well. Our certified system allows you to seamlessly establish and expand your frying menu with a single purchase, ensuring compliance with all necessary health inspections. Experience the assurance of a fully legal, certified machine system in the US.

Dramatically Lower Labor Costs

Our robotic system offers restaurants the opportunity to replace 1-2 staff members, significantly reducing ongoing labor expenses.

With its one-time investment cost, you can achieve a break-even point (BEP) within just one year, streamlining operations and boosting profitability.

Consistent Taste & Quality
Around the Clock

For the titans of the chicken industry, customer retention hinges on consistent, high-quality flavor.

Our indefatigable robotic system guarantees uniformly delicious chicken, available 24/7, every day of the year. This reliability is crucial for enticing customers to return again and again, securing flavor as the reigning factor in your business's success over mere cost savings.

Compact and Convenient Design

Say goodbye to cumbersome ceiling robots!

RoboCrisp’s Robert E stands out with its compact, self-contained design that integrates effortlessly with your existing fryer setup. This approach eliminates the need for complex installations, saving significant time and costs.

Ideal for global franchises, our system ensures minimal disruption during setup, revolutionizing the way kitchens operate and facilitating smoother transitions.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the typical installation time for the robot?

Installation generally takes 1-2 days. If your restaurant is operational, we can schedule installation after business hours to minimize disruption. Following installation, we provide 2-3 days of machine and maintenance training, which includes hands-on troubleshooting sessions. Our robots are designed for easy maintenance, but should you encounter any issues, we offer support through instructional videos, remote assistance, or on-site help.

What are the options for receiving after-sales service?

You can access after-sales support through four main channels:

1. Local maintenance partners
2. Robo Arete (our headquarters)
3. RoboCrisp’s US-based team
4. Remote support.

Our A/S teams are strategically located across the United States. Despite the availability of widespread support, our data from the past five years shows that 90% of issues can be resolved remotely. For the remaining 10% of issues, our maintenance teams in the US provide immediate 24/7 response. This swift service is enabled by real-time monitoring of all system logs at our Korea headquarters.

How long does delivery take after placing an order for equipment?

Delivery typically takes one month per unit. For orders involving multiple units, the delivery time may be shorter.

Where is the robot arm manufactured?

The robot arm is made in Korea, specifically by global companies Doosan Robotics and Rainbow Robotics. RoboArte sources the arms from these manufacturers and handles assembly, software integration, testing, and field installation, as we primarily operate as a software company.

Is Robo Crisp easy to clean and maintain?

Store owners who use our robots report that daily cleaning takes less than 5 minutes. This ease of maintenance is due to our robot's standalone design, unlike competitors' models that are attached to the ceiling and directly exposed to oil mist. Our machine is positioned away from the fryer, minimizing the impact of oil mist and simplifying the cleaning process. Additionally, a comprehensive cleaning manual is provided with each purchase.
